Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (TM) to support guest services across store operations. You will pick up shifts through the myTime app, create your own schedule, and commit to reliable attendance and a short orientation.

The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions, adaptability to varying shifts, handling transactions, stock organization, and following safety and store policies to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Willing to work flexible shifts and schedule.
• Must attend Target Welcome orientation and training.
