Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to provide friendly, efficient service in-store. You will greet guests, help them find products, and handle transactions while using mobile and in-store technologies.

The role offers an on-demand schedule with shifts posted by store leaders, and requires reliable attendance and engagement to pick up shifts. Training and Welcome orientation are provided.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
