Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate (TM) to support guests in our stores with a flexible scheduling model. You can create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders and team members via the myTime app, while maintaining reliable attendance and participating in orientation and training.

The role involves greeting guests, helping them find items, processing transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests using positive language.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 44 pounds and standing for long periods.
