Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate on an On-Demand Team Member role in Florida. The position offers a flexible schedule where you create your own shifts via the myTime scheduling app, with required attendance and minimum shift commitments to remain employed.

You will interact with guests, assist with questions, and help enroll guests in loyalty programs while maintaining store standards. Training will prepare you to support Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and in-store services.

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and fellow team members.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and technology as directed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the service standard and create a welcoming guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Assist guests with product questions and store services.
• Know store tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Explain Target loyalty benefits and help enroll.
• Assist with Order Pick Up and Drive Up orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Handle cash register operations as needed.
• Be flexible with shifts including nights and weekends.
