ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Active engagement in picking up and working shifts is required. Regular attendance and response to communication attempts are essential, with a minimum of one shift every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid termination. You will attend a Target orientation and undergo a short-term training schedule.

Guests advocates welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations through interaction and recovery. They are knowledgeable about store capabilities and features, and empowered to make shopping quick and easy, ensuring exceptional quality.

The role helps develop skills in communication, problem-solving, guest interaction, and promoting store services and benefits.

Typical Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest service by demonstrating a service culture
• Create a welcoming environment and engage with guests authentically
• Assist guests by understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services
• Efficiently scan, bag, and process transactions
• Support store activities like order pick-up, drive-up, and returns
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support cash handling and safety policies

• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Lift merchandise up to 44 pounds with or without assistance
• Flexible schedule with active shift participation every 4-5 months
• Work in varying temperatures and environments
