All About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with your schedule varying based on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can choose shifts via our myTime mobile app, responding actively to contact attempts. Regular attendance and active engagement by picking up shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum 4 hours) are required; failure to do so may result in employment termination. Starting December 2024, this interval reduces to 5 months.

Role Responsibilities

As a Guest Advocate, your typical day will include:

• Delivering exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming environment
• Assisting guests with inquiries, product knowledge, and checkout processes
• Promoting Target’s benefits, loyalty programs, and digital features
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting various store functions, including order pick-up and drive-up services

What We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates will enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, engaging with guests, and providing excellent service. Skills include effective communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and a helpful attitude. Prior experience is not required; training will be provided.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and support cash office operations
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active participation in shift scheduling and response to contact attempts
