ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). Starting December 2024, at least once every 5 months.

Training includes a Target Welcome orientation and a short-term structured schedule. The myTime app is used to pick up desired shifts.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on guest interaction, exceeding expectations, and promoting store services and solutions. You will help make shopping quick and easy, ensuring an exceptional experience.

Skills developed include communication, problem-solving, adapting to situations, promoting benefits, and assisting with digital tools.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering excellent guest service and greeting guests
• Understanding guest needs through body language and questions
• Being knowledgeable about store products and services
• Efficiently scanning, bagging, and assisting with transactions
• Promoting loyalty programs and digital features
• Supporting order pick-up, drive-up, and returns
• Maintaining a clean work area and supporting safety and compliance

Basic skills include effective communication, focus, attention to detail, and ability to operate technology. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You must be able to lift up to 44 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
