Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate and enjoy a flexible work schedule. This role involves providing exceptional guest service, assisting with checkout, and supporting various store functions. Starting hourly rate is $15.00 USD.

About On Demand: Work as much or as little as you like, with shifts scheduled via our myTime app. Active engagement in picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts is required to maintain employment. Attendance and minimum work frequency are essential.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent guest service, greeting and assisting guests authentically
• Understand and promote store tools, products, and services
• Efficiently scan, bag, and handle transactions
• Support store operations including order pickup, drive-up, and returns
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards

Qualifications:
