ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be included on the posted weekly schedule but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. We require your active engagement in picking up and working shifts and responding to our contact attempts.

Regular attendance is necessary. You must work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid administrative termination. You will attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short-term training schedule.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Advocates of guest experience who focus on guest interaction and recovery, knowledgeable about store capabilities, and empowered to make shopping quick and easy while providing exceptional service.

The role offers skills such as:

Typical Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing guest service
• Create a welcoming environment
• Observe and assist guests proactively

• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately
• Minimize wait times while maintaining service quality
• Promote and assist with Target Loyalty programs and other services
• Support order pickup, Drive Up, and registry services
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety and compliance policies
• Support cash handling and other store operations as needed
