About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 to 6 months, is required to maintain employment.

As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store offerings. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with products and services, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Additional Information
