About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like, with a flexible schedule that varies depending on store needs. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled regularly but can pick up shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 months (or 5 months starting December 2024), is required to maintain employment. You will attend a Target orientation and training before starting shift pickups.

Role & Responsibilities: Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features to drive adoption and guest loyalty. Responsible for quick and easy shopping experiences at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and Drive Up, ensuring exceptional quality.

Skills & Qualities: Effective communication, problem-solving, adaptability, engagement, and a helpful attitude. Ability to operate technology equipment and work independently or with a team.

Typical Day: Demonstrate service culture, greet guests, understand their needs, assist with products and services, process transactions, maintain a clean work area, support guest services, and ensure safety and compliance.
