All About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like, with your schedule varying based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible, personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 months (or 5 months starting December 2024), is required to maintain employment.

During your employment, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in structured training to prepare for your role. The myTime app allows you to select shifts that fit your availability.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service, greeting guests and understanding their needs.
• Assist guests with products, services, and store navigation.
• Operate scanners, handle transactions, and process returns following store policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, stock supplies, and support store operations.
