Role Overview

This position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. As a Guest Advocate, your primary responsibilities include delivering exceptional guest service, assisting with product and service inquiries, and supporting store operations to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests authentically, providing assistance and information about products, services, and store features.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, accurately handle transactions, and support cash office functions as needed.
• Assist with order pick-up, drive-up, and gift registry services, maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, restock supplies, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Support various store functions, including product handling and safety compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a welcoming attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
