Job summary

Target is looking for an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to create a welcoming guest experience in our stores. You will help guests find items, resolve issues, process transactions, and promote loyalty programs and Wallet features.

You will set your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app, with shifts varying by store needs. Orientation and short-term training are provided to prepare you for success.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience across service touchpoints.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft and assist in finding items.
• Help guests resolve issues and finalize transactions.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and Wallet features.
• Support drive-up, order pickup, and registry guests.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and escalate when needed.
