Job summary

Target is looking for an On-Demand Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with purchases, and promote store services. You will work a flexible schedule, pick up shifts via the myTime app, and help guests in a friendly, efficient manner.

No posted weekly schedule; you control shifts by picking up opportunities posted by leaders or teammates. Reliable attendance is essential, and continued engagement is expected to best serve customers and the store.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests and help them find what they need or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Deliver service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies as needed.
