Your Role at Baxter

As an E-commerce Manager, you will oversee the On-Demand Services Division's e-commerce strategy and execution to drive growth, optimize customer experience, and increase revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing, and collaboration with teams to achieve operational and financial goals.

What You'll Bring:

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve growth targets and enhance customer experience.
• Analyze current legacy solutions and build cases for profitable investments in the e-commerce platform.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer service teams to align e-commerce objectives.
• Manage the e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing, and site layout (images, videos, manuals, depot ordering & tracking).

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Parts organizations and/or ISO standards.
• Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills and effective cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency in e-commerce software.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of e-commerce management experience.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales principles.

We offer a competitive salary range of $104,000 - $143,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and location. The position may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. For more details, please consult with the recruiter.
