Your Role at Baxter

As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the On-Demand Services Division’s e-commerce strategy and execution to drive growth, optimize customer experience, and increase revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams to achieve operational and financial objectives.

What You'll Bring:
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve growth targets and optimize customer experience.
  • Analyze current legacy solutions and build cases to drive profitable investments in the e-commerce platform (features, capabilities, etc.).
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to find opportunities for differentiation and improved customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to ensure alignment with e-commerce objectives and success.
  • Manage the e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing, site layout and design (pictures/videos, Field Actions, Service Manuals, Depot ordering & tracking).
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience working with a Parts organization and/or ISO standards.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce principles, digital marketing, and the online sales process.

We understand that compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees and strive for transparency. The estimated base salary for this position ranges from $104,000 to $143,000 annually.

This range reflects anticipated salaries; actual pay may vary based on market data, location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. The position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. For questions about pay practices and benefits, please consult with the recruiter if you are invited for an interview.
