Job summary

Hope Community Resources, Inc. is seeking an On Demand Direct Support Professional to join our Kenai/Soldotna, Alaska team.

You will provide compassionate support, assist with activities of daily living, and help recipients achieve their life goals in various settings including homes and community sites. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable providing personal care and hygiene assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care helping recipients meet life goals.
• Work in homes or community settings and support daily living activities.
• Transport clients to activities around town; 75 cents per mile reimbursement.
