Job summary

Access Alaska, Inc. in Anchorage is hiring Direct Service Providers (DSPs) to assist individuals with disabilities in their homes. You will help with personal care, daily living tasks, and support independence in a compassionate, dependable team.

This role involves in-home duties, flexible scheduling, maintaining timesheets, and using a computer for training and notes. Candidates should be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must pass State & National fingerprint background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
• Help with household activities (meals, cleaning, shopping)
• Maintain accurate daily timesheets and service notes
• Support a safe environment and follow the Plan of Care
• Communicate changes or concerns to office staff
• Completing Timesheets and Notes
• Able to use Electronic Verification or can learn
• Must have ability to use a computer to complete on-line training, annual reviews and Therap
