Responsibilities

Confirms beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course.
Stocks and cleans beverage cart throughout the day.
Maintains knowledge of golf course etiquette and state liquor laws.
Keeps up-to-date with SOPs provided by management.
Ensures guests are attended to promptly and personally.
Serves food and beverage items on the course.
Answers guest questions about facility.
Reviews schedules and calendar events daily.
Handles checks and cash transactions, including high-volume periods.
Uses POS and creates daily sales reports.
Communicates guest concerns to F&B Director and Chef.
Incorporates safe work practices and performs other duties as required.
