Job summary

Troon International is seeking a beverage cart attendant to provide prompt, efficient, and professional service to members and guests on the course. You will stock and clean the beverage cart, serve on-course food and beverages, handle checks and cash, and maintain knowledge of course etiquette and liquor laws.

Valid Driver’s License and ServSafe Certified (Food Manager & Alcohol) or TIPS are preferred. Weekend availability is required with shifts typically from 10 AM to 4 PM, sometimes 10 AM to

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Working knowledge of POS system is preferred.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety is essential.
• Must have legible handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Confirms beverage cart is fully operational before rounds on the course.
• Stocks and cleans beverage cart throughout the day.
• Serves food and beverage items to guests on the course.
• Responds to guest questions regarding general facility information.
• Maintains knowledge of golf course etiquette and state liquor laws.
• Uses POS system to generate daily sales reports and handles cash transactions.
