Job summary

Golf Club of Estrella, Goodyear, AZ, is seeking a part-time Beverage Cart Attendant. You will stock, operate the beverage cart, serve guests on the course, and maintain etiquette and knowledge of liquor laws. This role is with Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ to serve alcohol, and reliable attendance. Benefits and eligibility are offered as described.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Confirms beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course.
• Stocks and cleans beverage cart throughout the day.
• Maintains and exhibits knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.
• Maintains knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and procedures.
• Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.
• Serves food and beverage items to guests on the course.
• Responds to guest questions about facility information.
• Reviews schedules and events daily.
• Handles checks and cash in high-volume situations.
• Uses POS system and creates daily sales reports.
• Communicates guest concerns to the Director of Food and Beverage and Chef.
• Upholds safe work practices.
• Performs other duties as required.
