Job summary

Gauntlet is looking for an experienced Credit Risk professional to oversee credit risk for their on-chain finance operations based in New York, NY. You'll define underwriting standards and collaborate closely with Capital Markets and senior leadership to build the credit infrastructure for institutional finance.

The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in credit risk and structured finance, with a strong focus on PD/LGD modeling and portfolio monitoring. This role offers a remote-first environment with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in credit risk, structured finance, or asset-backed lending.
• Experience with PD/LGD modeling and structuring credit products.
• Hands-on exposure to securitization and asset-backed finance.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite credit relationships and build credit models for assets.
• Conduct due diligence for new credit relationships.
• Set guardrails for credit products regarding rates and terms.
