Job summary

Monad Foundation is seeking a Business Development Lead for AI & Compute to own the ecosystem at the intersection of AI infrastructure and onchain markets. You will build relationships with AI founders, venture firms, and compute providers and translate them into early-stage teams launching on Monad.

Your focus is on tradable compute, agentic payments, and capital markets forming around them. You will identify where Monad adds value, close commercial deals, and establish Monad as a preferred

Qualifications

• You’ve closed and launched BD or strategic partnerships from initial conversation to a working product.
• You understand AI/compute business models and can align partners with Monad.
• You can build credibility with founders, investors, and compute providers.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing and activation: build Monad’s SF presence, manage qualification, follow-up, deployment and launch.
• Build venture and capital relationships, turning introductions into opportunities.
• Drive the compute-markets strategy with protocols, index providers, and trading partners.
• Drive agentic payments initiatives and convert integrations into real activity.
• Structure and close collaborations, negotiating commercial terms across stages.
• Turn strategy into measurable outcomes by coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking metrics.
