Job summary

Monad Foundation in San Francisco is seeking a Business Development Lead for AI & Compute to own the ecosystem at the intersection of AI infrastructure and on-chain markets. You will build relationships with AI founders, venture firms, and compute providers to form early-stage teams building on Monad.

You will close commercial deals, recruit protocols and trading partners, and coordinate across product, legal, and ecosystem teams to convert strategy into real transaction activity and sustained

Responsibilities

Own sourcing and activation in San Francisco, developing pipeline and launching teams.
Build venture and capital relationships with firms and crypto-native capital.
Drive the compute-markets strategy with protocols and liquidity providers.
Drive agentic payments and convert integrations into real transaction activity.
Structure and close collaborations across stages with on-chain settlement.
Turn strategy into measurable outcomes with cross-functional support.
