Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks Full‑time Flex Houseparents to live in on‑campus student homes and care for 8‑13 students. The role focuses on mentorship, supervision, and creating a structured, family‑like environment to support students' growth.

Couples married at least two years, both aged 27+, will provide daily support, manage routines, and foster devotions and Chapel attendance. A comprehensive benefits package and relocation/training are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for a group of students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
