Sole Hire, on behalf of its client, seeks a Veterinary Technician Instructor for a full-time, on-campus role in Maumee, OH. You will deliver lectures, labs, and clinical sessions, align with the curriculum, and support student success.

Requirements include at least 4 years as a Veterinary Technician, RVT license, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to educational excellence. Salary is $45,000–$50,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct engaging lectures, laboratory, and clinical sessions in accordance with the curriculum.
• Develop and adhere to course outlines, objectives, and evaluation methods.
• Maintain organized lesson plans and monitor student attendance and retention.
• Grade and return assignments promptly, ensuring final grades are submitted within 48 hours.
• Provide academic assistance during office hours or by appointment.
• Serve as a substitute instructor when necessary and advise students on academic policies and performance.
• Communicate effectively with academic leadership and ensure compliance with institutional guidelines.
• Manage educational materials, monitor supplies and equipment, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Engage in faculty development to meet accreditation standards through seminars, workshops, and online training.
