Job summary

Regis University in Denver is seeking affiliate faculty to teach algebra-based introductory statistics courses on campus. This is a part-time, in-person position; applicants must be available to teach on campus in northwest Denver.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Doctorate in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Relevant teaching experience

Responsibilities

• Teach in-person, algebra-based introductory statistics courses using curriculum provided by the department.
• Prepare and deliver lectures, maintain complete grade records, and evaluate student performance.
• Affiliate faculty are hired per credit hour for specific classes, on a semester-by-semester basis, and are not eligible for University benefit coverage.
• Be available on campus in northwest Denver to support assigned classes and students.
