Job summary

Swarthmore College in Swarthmore, PA, invites applications for a part-time Shuttle Driver to join our campus transportation team. You will operate a 14-passenger Garnet Shuttle and ensure safe, reliable service for students, staff and faculty.

Required qualifications include a valid Class 6 driver's license with the ability to operate an ADA accessible ramp, a clean driving record for at least six years, and the willingness to undergo background and motor vehicle clearances.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class 6 Driver's License and be able to operate an ADA accessible ramp.
• Must have a clean driving record and be accident free for minimum of 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional shuttle service to the Swarthmore College community.
• Be able to operate a 14-passenger van in inclement weather and road conditions.
• Conduct a pre/post inspection to ensure safe operation of the vehicle and document/report deficiencies or damage to the on-duty supervisor promptly.
