The University of North Carolina Asheville is seeking a Building Environmental Services Technician (Housekeeper #006602) to maintain safe, clean, and comfortable living spaces in residence halls and student life facilities. The position requires daily housekeeping tasks and supports floor care and furniture setups, with frequent interaction with students, staff, and visitors.

Working hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
• Some positions may require special licenses or certification.
