UNC Asheville seeks a Team Lead Housekeeper to coordinate housekeeping in residence halls and Student Life facilities. The role requires leading a team, applying cleaning techniques, and ensuring timely completion of daily work and projects while following safety procedures.

Primary schedule is 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend hours. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; DD-214 may be required for veteran’s preference.

Competenze

• Knowledge of housekeeping in residential or educational setting.
• Knowledge of all aspects of housekeeping and some knowledge of basic maintenance skills, changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, etc.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.

Mansioni

• Coordinate the work of other Housekeepers within Residence Halls and designated Student Life facilities.
• Apply knowledge of cleaning techniques and follow directions; provide direction to others.
• Manage time to ensure daily work and projects are completed on schedule and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Assist in maintenance tasks, floor care, furniture setups, and other duties as needed.
