Job summary

Collin College seeks part-time faculty to teach nursing-related coursework in-person at campus locations in McKinney, Texas. Roles include following approved syllabi, coordinating with division faculty, and potentially teaching dual credit courses.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in discipline/qualifying field and hold a bachelor’s degree in discipline/qualifying field(s).
• Must hold a current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
• Security Sensitive: background check required; fingerprinting may be required for Dual Credit courses.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in accordance with the schedule of classes and follow approved descriptions and syllabi.
• Assignments may be on multiple campuses or off-site and may include evening/weekend programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned; comply with college policies and core values.
