Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for Queens College in Flushing, NY. The role oversees maintenance and custodial work at a on-campus student community, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, and coordinating with vendors to ensure quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years in property maintenance, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of general maintenance experience in property management, construction, or related field.
• HVAC knowledge and basic troubleshooting; HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Technician, student maintenance staff, and custodial contractor.
• Perform general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and wall repairs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with vendors and internal staff.
