Qualifications

• Knowledge of endpoint security and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve issues within XDR and security monitoring platforms.
• Administer endpoint protection platforms including Sophos.
• Provide monitoring, alerting, and reporting of enterprise security systems.
• Assist in incident detection, investigation, and response.
• Assist in reviewing, updating and maintaining security policies and procedures.
• Help translate policy into technical controls and operational practices.
• Support documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Work with Systems team to enforce security policies.
• Work with Systems team in reviewing backup integrity and restore testing.
• Support validation of incident recovery procedures.
• Support network security initiatives including firewall, VPN, and encryption.
