Job summary

TCAT Jacksboro is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technology Instructor for a full-time, on-campus position in the Industrial Maintenance (IMT) program. The instructor will lead the course in mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, PLCs/Robotics, and related topics, while coordinating student rotations and advising.

The successful candidate will develop a complete curriculum, collaborate with industry advisory committees, assist with job placement, and stay current with professional development

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and credentials in related field.
• Experience in industrial maintenance and teaching preferred.
• Must be capable of maintaining up-to-date credentials and participating in professional development.

Responsibilities

• Teach all phases of Industrial Maintenance Technology and oversee student rotation including mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, PLCs/Robotics, and welding.
• Develop and revise a complete progressive course of study, lesson plans, and instructional aids.
• Establish and meet with program advisory committees.
