Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for a group of about 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment to promote academic, emotional, and social growth.

The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty, then three off, with potential placement into a fixed home.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses aged 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children in the student home
• Committment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
