Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks two married individuals to join as Full‑time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on‑campus student homes, guiding 8–13 students and supporting academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving to activities, leading devotions, and managing household budgets. On‑duty days are nine on, three off; progression to a placed home is possible.

Qualifications

• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
