Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to live in on-campus student homes, guiding 8–13 students with daily routines, activities, and devotions.

Both spouses must be married at least two years, age 27+, hold a high school diploma, and be able to drive student transport. Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role; married for at least two years.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
• Maintain a nine-on/three-off schedule initially, then transition to a placed home with the same students.
• Live and work with the same group of students in a student home.
