Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents — a two-person couple living on campus to supervise and support 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, and leading activities to support academic, emotional, and social development.

Couples must be married at least two years, both 27+, and have a high school diploma or GED. Housing, meals, and comprehensive benefits are provided, with on-campus worship and recreation

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
