Milton Hershey School (MHS) is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Hershey, PA campus. Couples reside in on-campus homes and care for 8-13 students, providing guidance, supervision, and development opportunities in a family-like environment.

Initially, couples work a 9-on/3-off schedule, with progression to a placed houseparent role. Benefits include housing, meals while on duty, and comprehensive insurance; relocation and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational events.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
