Milton Hershey School (MHS) is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care and guidance for a group of 8–13 students to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

Hershey, PA-based role, with a structured nine-on / three-off schedule, transitioning to a placed houseparent, living with the same group of students in a dedicated home. Competitive benefits offered.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for a group of 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Coordinate transportation to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel with students.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
