Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents — a two-person married couple who will live in on-campus homes and guide a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, devotions, and activities to support students’ academic, emotional, and social growth.

Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be 27 or older, and hold a high school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for a group of 8–13 students.

• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
