Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Hershey, PA campus. The role involves living in on-campus student homes and guiding 8-13 students with supervision, routines, activities, and devotions.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both aged 27+, and prepared to lift up to 50 lbs. The position offers housing, meals during duty, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role: married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
