You will develop engaging content across major platforms, maintain the content calendar, and collaborate with the Marketing Strategist to support campaigns. This is ideal for an early‑career candidate with portfolio experience and a strong desire to grow in marketing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework or a related degree preferred but not required.
• Hands-on experience creating on-camera or social media content may be considered in place of formal education.
• A portfolio or examples of social media, video, photography, or creative work are strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a regular on-camera presence for Blukers, Inc.'s social media and short-form video content.
• Develop, film, edit, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create short-form videos, including Reels, TikToks, promotional videos, and employee features.
• Take photos and videos of employees, company activities, events, and other relevant subjects.
• Generate creative concepts for social media posts, campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
• Create graphics and visual content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Write captions and social copy reflecting the Blukers brand.
• Develop supporting content for websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Maintain the social media content calendar for consistent posting.
• Research industry and social media trends for opportunities.
• Monitor engagement and audience activity across platforms.
• Assist with analyzing content performance and adjustments.
• Optimize content for SEO and in-platform search.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging.
• Collaborate with Marketing Strategist and other departments.
• Participate in planning meetings and contribute ideas.
• Support events, community outreach, recruiting campaigns, and promotions.
• Edit and proofread content for quality.
