High Scale Ai seeks a Content Creator to bring brands to life on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid social. You will be involved from concept to execution, appearing on camera and producing content that resonates with audiences.

Collaborating with Creative Strategists, Copywriters, Producers, and Editors, you’ll develop concepts, translate briefs into authentic performances, and leverage performance data to improve future content in a fast-moving production studio environment.

Qualifications

• Strong on-camera presence and ability to engage audiences.
• Fluent understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube formats and trends.
• Portfolio or samples of short-form content required.
• Basic editing and production awareness helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social campaigns.
• Appear on camera as host, spokesperson, UGC creator, or talent as needed.
• Deliver engaging performances that feel natural and authentic.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Copywriters, and Producers to develop concepts.
• Translate briefs into compelling on-camera content and adapt quickly to feedback.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and translate them into brand-appropriate concepts.
• Create variations to improve performance and combat creative fatigue.
• Support production with pre-production planning, rehearsals, and shoot days.
