Job summary

ACE is seeking hardworking field technicians to join our 24/7 disaster response team. You will perform demo and extraction, operate industrial mitigation gear, and thoroughly clean and restore homes after water events.

We value reliability, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication while you provide hands-on support to families during a crisis. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on restoration experience preferred.
• Willing to train the right person.
• Hardworking, reliable and able to perform physical labor.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must have a valid, clean driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Demo & Extraction: remove wet carpet, drywall, and flooring using hand/power tools.
• Operate and monitor heavy-duty mitigation equipment like air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Deep-clean and sanitize affected areas to ensure safety.
• Mold remediation: contain and remove mold-damaged materials following safety standards.
• Emergency response: participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

Job Description:

• Demo & Extraction: Utilizing truck mounted water extraction tools, removing wet carpet, drywall and flooring using hand and power tools.
• Equipment: Deploy and monitor heavy-duty, industrial mitigation tech like high-powered air movers and commercial dehumidifiers.
• Clean up: Deep-clean and sanitize compromised properties to make them completely safe and healthy for families again.
• Mold Remediation: Inspect, contain and safely remove mold damaged materials using specialized equipment and following strict safety standards to restore spaces to a healthy, hazard-free environment.
• Emergency Response: Participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation for after-hours critical water emergencies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience desired. Willing to train the right person.
• Work Ethic: Hardworking, driven, reliable and do not mind physical labor or getting messy.
• Attitude: A supportive team player who brings a professional and empathetic attitude to stressed-out homeowners during a crisis.
• Excellent communication skills required.
