Job summary

System Kleen is seeking a Water Damage Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Meridian, ID. You will respond to water emergencies, assess damage, and lead restoration efforts on residential and commercial properties.

Daily tasks include operating extraction and drying equipment, documenting site conditions with notes and photos, and following safety and regulatory guidelines. The role may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in water damage restoration and basic understanding of water treatment processes.
• Experience with restoration equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory guidelines for restoration work.
• Clear and professional communication with customers, team members and supervisors.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working in wet spaces.
• Attention to detail in documentation and site cleanliness.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean driving record preferred.
• Industry certifications such as IICRC are a plus.
• Willingness to work variable hours and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities
