Job summary

1-800 WATER DAMAGE is seeking a Water Damage Technician to assist team members with skilled and unskilled labor while learning mitigation techniques and disaster response services for our company.

You will be on-site, show up in proper uniform, and be available for on-call emergencies. The role includes completing paperwork, monitoring readings, and applying judgment to follow instructions with strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled & skilled labor as assigned.
• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform & well-groomed.
• Be available for on-call & emergencies.
• Learn & practice commitment to customer service.
• Fill out paperwork properly; (Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Check-list).
• Monitor loss & document readings.
• Understand & carry out written &/or oral instructions and apply sound problem-solving abilities.
