Job summary

Crook County School District in Prineville, OR seeks a Substitute Warehouse Delivery Driver / Courier for Nutrition Services. You will receive freight, inspect cartons, stock shelves, and distribute food and supplies to schools as needed; you may assist with the district print shop and special projects.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, work independently with minimal supervision, and travel within the district as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to read, understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relate well to suppliers, students, staff and public.
• Adhere to drug-free workplace requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive freight, inspect cartons, verify against purchase orders.
• Stock and maintain warehouse shelves and records.
• Maintain up-to-date warehouse inventory and perform physical inventories.
• Distribute food and supplies to schools as required.
• Assist Nutrition Supervisor and Nutrition Services Secretary on projects.
• Deliver and distribute materials for the District Print shop and other duties.
