Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and expert beverage preparation. The role, part of the Food & Beverage team, involves serving a variety of drinks while upholding Four Seasons standards.

On-call hours may include afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs. The ideal candidate has at least two years of bartending or related F&B experience, strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages,

About the Role

The Bartender is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage preparation, and a welcoming atmosphere. This role serves a variety of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering personalized service that reflects Four Seasons standards. The Bartender is part of the Food & Beverage team and reports to Restaurant and Bar Management.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests at the bar, providing knowledgeable recommendations and personalized service.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of beverage offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and menu pairings.
• Accurately enter orders, process payments, and manage guest checks using the point-of-sale system.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, questions, and concerns.
• Assist with bar setup, stocking, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Prepare garnishes and ensure all bar products meet quality and presentation standards.
• Work collaboratively with servers, culinary teams, and fellow employees to deliver seamless service.

What You Bring

• Minimum two years of bartending or related food and beverage experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Must be able to obtain all required food handling and alcohol service certifications.
